I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a strong interest in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Processing Therapy and Play Therapy, and I hope to blend these approaches together throughout my counseling career.

I am open to working with clients of all ages, as I believe therapy is not limited to any one stage of life. I value creating a space that feels safe, engaging, and personal, and I enjoy incorporating creative elements such as drawing and painting into the therapeutic process.

Outside of the counseling room, I love cooking and baking for my family, giving my five cats plenty of love and attention, and playing early-2000s video games.
